Fine print in plain English
- Match rate was personalized: 1%, 2% or 3% based on Robinhood's own evaluation.
- Transfers from Webull between Oct 7 and Oct 16, 2026 got a flat 3%.
- Only ACATS transfers of new assets counted. ACH deposits didn't.
- For 5 years after the bonus is credited, withdrawals can trigger a proportional chargeback.
- After 90 days, a one-time 60-day grace period allowed withdrawals without a chargeback (with part of the bonus frozen).
Example: $10,000 at a 2% match = $200, 5-year earn-out.
Why we say MEH: Expired. If it comes back, remember the 5-year chargeback on withdrawals.
